Croquembouche and Fresh Flowers

Also known as a pièce montée, a croquembouche is a traditional French wedding cake which has become quite fashionable in England. Our traditional Croquembouche is made up of butter choux buns, filled with flavoured pastry Cream and dipped in Crisp Caramel. To finish we dip the choux buns in toasted almonds and decorate the base of the croquembouche with traditional nougatine. and fresh flowers.  From £5 per person
