How do we choose our chocolate

When making our cakes we carefully select which chocolate characteristic will work best. The theory that a higher percentage is not always true. Using a high percentage can be wasted and often ruin the texture. We use only the finest chocolate from Belgium.

Birthday cakes

We offer a variety of chocolate birthday cakes. The Base of our cake is layered with ganache, and glazed in our special chocolate mirror glaze. Decorated with berried fresh fruits and chocolate scrolls we can then personalise it with a message of your choice. Alternatively we offer mousse cakes and fresh cream cakes.

Wedding Cakes

One of our specialities are our chocolate wedding cakes. We offer gateaux towers laced with ganache, choclate cupcakes, and tiered chocolate wedding cakes.
